Department-Owned State Vehicles

We are here to take care of all transportation needs at USC. Our responsibilities include acquisition, issuance and maintenance of all state-owned vehicles assigned to the University.

Who can drive a university vehicle?

Students, faculty and staff are all qualified to drive university vehicles, once they are authorized. University vehicles are for official University business only. University vehicles may be leased to other departments through our department.

What kinds of vehicles are available?

Vehicles are available to purchase and lease through the office of State Fleet Management. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Maintenance/Repairs

Maintenance and repairs are done through the State Fleet Commercial Vendor Repair Program.

Fuel

Our Wright Express Fuel cards can be used for all fuel purchases.

Accident Reporting

All accidents must be reported to Transportation Services immediately.
