Course Description
Examines career development, theory, and strategies for advanced career counseling practice. Focus on employment trends and labor market information and resources to address the unique needs of individuals across the lifespan. Explores organizational behavior to understand the role individuals and groups have on behavior within organizations and its application in career counseling.Prerequisite: B or better in RCON 725.GC: 11/27/2023.
