Requirements for organizations that handle protected health information, including information about which entities need to comply with laws protecting such information and to what extent. (These prerequisites may be waived for a student currently enrolled in the JD program at the University of South Carolina).Prerequisite: C or better in LAWH 700 and LAWH 701.GC: 12/09/2024.
