Training and Development

This area focuses on continuous learning and skill-building through a robust calendar of monthly trainings, workshops and an annual professional development conference. Key offerings include AI and emerging technology updates, needs assessments and cross-functional collaboration. The initiative empowers faculty and staff with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in a dynamic academic and professional environment.

Fall 2025 Opportunities

This workshop will delve into the process and procedures involved when students are reported to the Office of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity for violating the Honor Code. It will specifically address how this office adjudicates cases of academic dishonesty, particularly those involving the use of artificial intelligence.

Join Robynn Pease, Ph.D., USC Staff Ombuds to learn about working styles from a generational lens, including preferences for communication and resolving conflict. Learn how to avoid age bias across all generations and the values and expectations that all generations share when they go to work. Activities to strengthen intergenerational relationships within work units will also be provided.
