Dialogue for Change
Dialogue for Change is a five (5) day, immersive professional development program offered at no cost to staff, administrators, graduate students, and faculty. Participants in this program will:
- Explore Intergroup Dialogue methodologies to enhance understanding and communication across community groups.
- Receive comprehensive facilitator training tailored to the needs of the workplace, classroom, and community environments.
- Engage in interactive sessions to build proficiency in addressing and transforming challenging conversations.
- Develop the capacity to lead dialogic experiences across various social identities.
- Cultivate a collaborative community of practice and accountability to support ongoing growth and development.

Transforming Conflict through Dialogue Learning Series
This Learning Series aims to create a space for faculty members to engage in meaningful dialogue, understand different perspectives, and cultivate a more inclusive learning environment. By providing a platform for open and respectful conversation, this series empowers faculty to address complex conversations in the classroom.
Learning Goals:
- Understand the differences between dialogue, discussion, and debate.
- Explore and understand various dialogic methods to enhance classroom interactions, navigate complex conversations, and transform conflict.
- Develop the ability to engage in reflective practices and dialogic methods that foster an inclusive classroom environment.
