Find answers to frequently asked questions regarding grade processing.
Final grades are submitted and posted to students’ academic records using my.sc.edu. Final grade rolls will be available 2-3 business days before the last day of class
and are due no later than 72 hours after the date of the scheduled final exam. Grades
submitted late may affect a student’s academic standing, eligibility for financial
aid, or ability to graduate.

- Spring 2026 – Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
- Summer 2026 – Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Conversion of I (Incomplete) Grades
- Fall 2024 – Monday, December 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
- Spring 2025 – Friday, May 1, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
- Summer 2025 – Monday, August 3, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
Conversion of NR (no report) Grades
- Spring and Summer 2025 – Monday, December 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
