Erica serves as the Associate Director for Employer Engagement for the University of South Carolina’s McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. She works closely with the USC Career Center and employers to create meaningful work-integrated learning and early career opportunities for McCausland students.

Erica has been part of the USC community since 2005, with experience in student services, program management, career development, and employer relations. Before joining McCausland in 2025, she was Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the Darla Moore School of Business. She has also worked in the South Carolina Honors College, Department of Retailing, Career Center, and Department of Student Life.

A dedicated educator, she has taught University 101 and career-focused courses for more than 16 years, and also leads guest lectures and professional development workshops. With over 25 years as a fitness and yoga instructor, she brings a holistic approach to personal development and well-being into her work.

Originally from Connecticut, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elon University and a Master of Science in Recreation Administration from Illinois State University. She lives in Columbia with her husband, a USC alumnus, their son, and their golden retriever.
