Hello! Thank you for signing up for this class: a combination of ag law, administrative/regulatory
law, and the practical aspects of lawyering with a focus on the in-house practice.
We will be taking a high level overview of the various topics, as opposed to doing
deep assessments of case law or regulations. THERE IS HOMEWORK FOR THE FIRST DAY.
Please review the syllabus and do the readings in the order they are presented. Class
participation is a component of your grade. I intend to make this class as comfortable
as possible for you to throw out ideas and questions to help you maser the material
as well as gain comfort in communicating in situations of ambiguity. I very much look
forward to meeting and working with all of you. See you on August 10!
