Background

For more than 20 years, Kacie Ingram has helped improve the programs, processes, resources, and experiences that support student, employee, and organizational success. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and one guiding question: How can this work better?

As Undergraduate Career Services Manager in the Office of Career Management at the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business, Ingram coaches management and marketing students and teaches Business Careers in a Global Economy. She partners with students to develop career management skills, strengthen professional communication, and build the confidence needed to successfully transition from college to the workforce.

Ingram's expertise spans program operations, process improvement, talent development, knowledge management, training, onboarding, resource development, and career development. Whether improving workflows, creating scalable resources, developing learning experiences, or coaching individuals, she focuses on building practical solutions that increase efficiency, enhance experiences, and create lasting impact.

Prior to joining higher education, Ingram spent more than a decade in retail leadership, where she gained extensive experience in operations, team development, and customer experience. In 2012, she founded Complete Confidence, a business focused on coaching, résumé writing, and personal branding.

Ingram earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Retail from the University of South Carolina. Her certifications include Coach, Professional Résumé Writer, and Employment Interview Professional. She has also completed advanced training through the National Association of Colleges and Employers' Career Coaching Intensive.

Known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, and continuous improvement approach, Ingram enjoys improving systems as much as she enjoys developing people. She believes that investing in both creates stronger organizations, more meaningful experiences, and better outcomes for everyone involved.
