Responsibilities

Rhonda Sherman assists in the development and execution of a strategic recruitment plan through internal and external resources to increase enrollment for the college at all program levels. She  is responsible also for increasing the visibility of, and communicating the immense value of, the graduate programs.

Background

Sherman has worked in higher education for more than 18 years. She previously worked for Webster University as an assistant campus director for the university's Columbia Metro and Ft. Jackson extended campuses. Prior to this, she worked at other educational institutions at which she obtained extensive experience with dual enrollment and early college programs. Sherman also has experience in facilitating higher education opportunities for military officers, promoting professional development and enhancing their leadership capabilities through tailored academic programs. Additionally, she has experience in banking, corporate partnerships and educational training. She teaches adjunct at Morris College.

Sherman is married to educational technologist, Nicholas Sherman and they have two children, Nicholas II and Copeland.
