2025 Estate Planning Conference

October 9-10, 2025

Please save the date for the second annual University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law Estate Planning Conference on October 9-10, 2025.

The conference is open to attorneys, accountants, trust officers, and financial planners, as well as other professionals engaged in estate and tax planning, elder law, family business planning, and financial planning.

As with our inaugural conference last year, renowned speakers will offer 13.5 hours of presentations over the two-day period.  The conference will provide on-site breakfast and lunch, as well as an evening networking reception.
We expect to receive approval for 13.5 hours of estate planning and tax specialization CLE credit for our attendees, with 1.25 ethics hours.  We will also assist with appropriate specialization/certification hours for other professions in attendance.

The USC Rice School of Law is a nationally-recognized leader in tax law and policy, estate planning, and family business law.  Since 1990, the law school has hosted the student editorial board of the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.  In 2022, the law school launched a first-of-its-kind Family & Small Business Program.

We look forward to your joining us on October 9-10, 2025.
