Our Athletic Trainers are healthcare professionals who work to prevent, diagnose, and treat sports injuries and conditions.

Update on Fitness Equipment
We have removed two pieces of fitness equipment due to ongoing operational issues despite multiple repairs. We are actively working on a long-term solution to replace them.

Members can enjoy our versatile open recreation spaces for a variety of recreational activities.
Step into our dynamic weight floor, equipped with a comprehensive range of strength-training equipment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, our facility offers the tools you need.
Additional equipment can be found on the weight room balcony when the outdoor pool is open (weather permitting) and throughout the first floor.
Elevate your cardio routine in our dedicated cardiovascular area on the third floor. Featuring treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, and a three-lane, 1/7 mile track.
Dive into relaxation at our facility, featuring both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, perfect for lap and leisurely swims.

Our climbing wall, standing at 52 feet and the largest in the state, offers top rope climbing and bouldering with routes for beginners and advanced climbers.
