Once you’ve got your pass, head over to DSE to sign up for classes. Log in using Single Sign On (SSO) with your university credentials.
Can’t make it to a class? No problem! Just hop into your My Classes page in DSE and unregister to free up your spot for someone else.
Group X Class Types/Formats
Take part in a variety of class types, with multiple formats in each area. Feel free to participate in an old favorite, or try something new!
A mixture of elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional fitness training movements, this energetic 45-minute Barre class targets every muscle group to improve flexibility and posture while increasing muscular endurance.
Build total-body strength and muscular endurance with this dynamic, high-repetition barbell workout. This 60-minute class targets the lower body, upper body, and core through a series of controlled, functional movements designed to challenge your stamina while improving strength and stability. Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify or increase intensity. Come ready to lift, sweat, and feel the burn

Private Group X Classes
If you are interested in one of our certified Group X Instructors teaching a 30-60 minute class for your group, please complete the Private Group X Request Form at least 3 weeks before your anticipated date.
Someone from our Fitness program will be in touch within 3-4 business days. If you have further questions, please contact us at groupx@mailbox.sc.edu.
Private classes are provided at times and in spaces when our regularly scheduled classes are not occurring. Please refer to the Group X schedule on DSE - Requests close March 31, 2026. Final Private Class to occur on April 27, 2026
