Background
Travis Wheeler represents corporations in high-stakes antitrust litigation as both plaintiffs and defendants, civil and criminal. He counsels clients on all manner of antitrust issues, including horizontal and vertical restraints, resale price maintenance and price discrimination issues, mergers, and compliance. He has been selected a Midlands Legal Elite for Antitrust Law every year since the category was recognized (in 2016) and received the most votes of any attorney in 2018. He serves as Vice Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Exemptions and Immunities Committee, making him the only South Carolinian currently in Section leadership. Prior to coming to South Carolina, he practiced antitrust law with Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. and clerked for the Honorable Reynaldo G.
